The way we work

Concept phase
A strong product starts with a conversation. While enjoying a cup of coffee or tea we will work with you to create an image of your idea as we'll talk about the possibilities. For example with a video, playtime and budget etc. We'll also get to know each other better to see if we fit. After this we'll translate this conversation into a concept together. Only after you've fully agreed will we move on to the next phase.

Design phase
After going through the concept phase we can set up a quote. Then we can go into the design phase, every step of the way you'll be able to see if everything is still according to your wishes. Your information combined with our knowledge and insight will create a clear picture. After you are happy with what we've planned we can move on to the final phase.

Development phase
All parts are put together during the realisation of the project itself. We'll quickly lay the foundations, we work by using previews to allow you to stay closely involved in the process. We'll stay in contact regularly so you will get the chance to may changes and help direct the outcome to your vision. Once you're completely satisfied we'll send you the final project.

(From former organisation Mamesa Film Productions) 'OCD in my head' is a documentary that delves into the life of a patient who has to deal with OCD in their daily life. What does the condition mean for the patient and their environment? In 2015 we followed Mark Geraeds to answer this question in the hopes of clearing up the common misconceptions.
(Assigned on our own initiative) 'In search of myself' tells the story of an ex-Anorexia nervosa patient, her struggles and her road to recovery and reconstruction. At the time of the shooting (2019) she has grown into a real bodybuilder, and already has a few new goals in mind. Her determination guarantees results as she is a successful young woman. She still wants to take the time to explain what Anorexia exactly is, showing in detail what many people from outside will normally never see.
(Commissioned by Platform 046) In 'Mooie Mensen (Beautiful People)', various people tell their stories about their big successes, small and bigger sorrows, experience and passion, what drives them and where they stand. In short, Beautiful People is about all of us. In this episode Laurent Hennekens, owner of Café de Meister Lindenheuvel (Geleen), talks about the history of his café, about his grandfather but also about his own life during which he had the misfortune to form a psychosis. Finally he tells us about the success of his cooperation with COMA-bookings and the space within the hardcore scene which ‘De Meister’ has conquered.
(Commissioned by Officieel Robbin) We followed him in 2021 with his goal 'Losing weight in 3 months', which incidentally became the name of this production. This influencer is totally immersed in the life of fitness, healthy eating, challenges, setbacks and breakthroughs. He shares his tough journey with the world, for his own portfolio but also in an effort to inspire viewers to try the same.
(Assigned on our own initiative) 'Between 3 Worlds' is a book by Lauri Stolk from which the production takes its name. We give the stage to a very eloquent girl who suffers from what she calls an LMD (Light Mental Disability), which arose during her birth. We follow her journey at 22 years old as she says she mentally feels herself to be between 7 and 12 years old. Life has been difficult for her but she ultimately led herself to accepting it, writing her book helped her a lot with this. Since such books haven’t been written before she took it upon herself to do so. The 3 worlds symbolize her own worlds, in other words one world for the 22-year-old Lauri, one world for her same-sex preference and one world for life with her LMD.
(Commissioned by Charlotte and Ritchie) Marriage is something beautiful, something unique that unites two souls in holy matrimony. For better or worse, a special ceremony, which we were allowed to capture and mold into something the married couple can enjoy for years to come by looking back at this moment. See the result here accompanied by their reaction in which they themselves saw the video for the first time.
(Commissioned by PUUR Sittard-Geleen) we made a campaign video for the municipal elections of 16 March 2022. PUUR Sittard-Geleen is a progressive liberal party that focuses on the local society and stands for: 'Progressive from your region'. In this video, we show that PUUR looks at what is needed and thinks in terms of possibilities, sometimes stepping outside the box. Thus is less focused on national politics and more focused on local issues.
(Commisioned by Centrummanagement Geleen) Doe Dag Geleen is a fair, having over more than 285 market stalls. Children could get their money's worth on the New Market, as there where lots of fun activities to do. This was special as a real F1 Racing Event has been added. In addition, the Silverstone Grand Prix had been broadcasted live on a large screen that same evening. This promotional video was the result, and we are happy to share it with you
(Commissioned by Tomas Milan 'Yala'), 'Yala an ode to resilience' is a short dance film/documentary hybrid about conformity. A four-parter portrait about men who, each for different reasons, struggle with the expectations of friends, family and society. What if you don't fit the mold? How do you remain yourself if your surroundings won't accept you? In dialogue with the maker, they share their experiences.
(Commissioned by Platform 046) Bullying or being bullied can be a very difficult experience, which is putting it mildly for some. In this reportage consisting of three episodes, we interview a number of people who have either been bullied or have been bullies in the past to get a better understanding on the ‘why’ behind it. All of this is within the spirit of the week against bullying and the foundation 'Omgaan met Pesten (Dealing with bullying)'.
(Commissioned by Velosso) So you know people and then you find out that they have a band that is doing very well, when they asked us if we would know something nice to promote their then (2018) new album, we didn’t have to think long to come up with the idea of creating a 360 videoclip for them.
(Commissioned by Ricardo Frederiks) For someone with a form of Autism the world may be difficult to comprehend. There is an overall different view of the world which may result in many collisions, but who’s the Odd Duck really? Ricardo, writer and singer also wrote a song about this subject. We made a music video putting him within the environment of the 'common man' simultaneously letting him cite his iconic lyrics.
(From former Labru Productions) In our home town, the largest annual fair of the Netherlands is held. It is called 'Sint Joep'. A true folk festival where certainly the locals aren’t the only ones to visit. We’ve made a promotional video of this event in 2015 in order to create an insight for people who can’t visit or are interested in what the event looks like.
(From former Labru Productions) The 'Foodstock Festival Sittard' is all about food and festival lovers. As one might expect there is good food and drinks, dancing and living out life. A promotional video was the result which shows the 2018 edition as to bring the taste of the Maaslandpark into the living rooms.
(Commissioned by V.V. Sittard Friends Club of FC Robinstijn) V.V. Sittard a football club from Sittard has become friends with FC Robinstijn. Together they are going to make as many football-related wishes possible within the municipality of Sittard-Geleen. We produced a promotional film for them so they can further profile themselves in their ‘Make A Wish’-esque cooperation.
(From former Mamesa Film Productions) Sittard is our proud home town, we made this promotional video to show our love for the city. Then again, this was an assignment of one of our former (2015) graduation projects.
(Assignment from our own initiative) A lot of stuff is going on in the world, and it started in 2020. That's why we made a special quarantine video to make everyone aware of the lockdown. Its motto, ‘Stay Safe!’
(Commissioned by Bestema) Gor 'Soft Fruit Nursery Van Steenoven' we produced a promotional video where a large numbers of raspberry plants are grown for 'soft fruit company Driscoll's'. With 15 hectares of land about one-and a half million plants are grown every year. This video is intended for the many buyers who are mostly residing within the Netherlands but also in Germany, France, Belgium and the Scandinavian countries, since the pandemic makes a physical visit difficult this video acts as a compromise.
(Commissioned by CineSud), DocDays is the ultimate hub for documentaries and documentary makers in Limburg, where we were challenged to create a documentary of up to 120 seconds about locations in Limburg. For Mini-Docs, we therefore produced a short documentary about hidden treasures in the municipality of Sittard-Geleen. Filmed in 1:1 to ensure easy sharing via social media.
(Commissioned by Vincken Cleaning) Everyone likes a fresh and clean vehicle; with ‘Vincken Cleaning, this is not problem. This young company has an owner who has been cleaning vehicles inside and out, even engines, since childhood. A flashy and fast video was the request, a video that is all about daily life where fast and efficient work is the key to success.
